Fusion Creates Meals is a catering company created by New York City Chef Eladia Mercado. Eladia was born in Manhattan to Dominican parents.

Her style of cooking blends homestyle cooking with a modern fusion twist. Mixing ingredients from other palettes to create her own. Think Italian cuisine meets Mexican street food. Chef Eladia is very passionate about her craft.

She supports local farmers by sourcing out fresh, farm to table ingredients.

Our Latin Menu is designed to bring you a delightful culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse flavors of Latin America. Each dish is crafted with authentic ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to offer an unforgettable dining experience.
